High Strung Movie is the highly anticipated new Dance-driven drama by Michale & Janeen Damian. Vibrant choreography by Dave Scott to hit the big screen across the world.

It features more than 60 dancers hailing from London, Paris, New York and Eastern Europe and stars lovely American ballerina Keenan Kampa and charismatic violinist Nicholas Galitzine as the leads

High strung is the totally different movie. As this is an action-packed spectacularly combined hip-hop with contemporary and classical dance. In this movie Ruby (Keenan Kampa) is a dancer from the Midwest on scholarship, living her first day in a New York City; Johnnie (Nicolas Galitzine), a British musician, playing for money in the subway tunnels and getting U.S. visa is his dream.

High strung has the very strong plot set in a very imaginative world of dance that is not as edgy as other contemporary Hollywood dance Movies. The story is based on a hip hop violinist busking in the New York subway encounters a classical dancer on scholarship at the Manhattan Conservatory of the Arts…

The duo is off to a rocky Star because of their different lifestyles and personalities. Ruby is Very disciplined student she is willing to work hard and takes school seriously. Johnny, whom he meets by chance, he plays a violin in subway stations which was given to him by his grandfather. They clash immediately but can’t deny it when sparks began to fly. When Ruby finds out that his violin was stolen she decided to help him out. She tells him about “String and Dance” competition in which the winner will get money plus a scholarship to her school and exhorts Johnny to try out a chance for him to win and get the money and a student visa.

Johnny first hesitant to enter the competition yet he realizes that entering the competition is the only way to achieve and agrees to enter if Ruby will dance while he performs. She agrees and he enlists his neighbor and the neighbor’s friend, who are in a street dance group. They all come together and combined their different styles- Ruby’s classical dancing, Johnny’s violin playing and the street dance group’s hip-hop dancing.

Ruby and Johnny fall in love when they are preparing for the competition and working together to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

High strung is a tribute movie for the young couples. It is perfect combination of Dance, Music and Romance. It’s really Awesome, uplifting and so well made.
